On the 4th Day of Christmas, TGF Gave To Me...
Hi All,
This post is for the 4th of 12 sketches at The Greeting Farm. Now, this is not my usual colour scheme or my usual feel for a card, but once in a while, you have to venture outside your comfort zone. Not sure if it turned out OK, but here goes. You can check out the TGF sketch HERE.
I used this cute Alice in Wonderland set, but when I checked the store, I couldn't find it, so I guess it is discontinued.
My card base is Basic Gray CS, and the layers are from the Scarlet Letter Basic Grey DSP pack, matted with Black CS. I used that paper cause I thought it looked sort of enchanting and kind of mysterious. The main panel is Neenah Solar White CS, stamped with the mushrooms, and coloured with Copic markers. I also sponged some clouds on that panel with Brocade Blue ink.
I stamped Alice and the Mad Hatter in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Neenah Solar White CS, coloured them with Copics, cut them out, and mounted them with foam dots. The "Wonderful" sentiment is also from the same stamp set, and I hand wrote the rest of it.
