Christmas Virginia
Hi everyone!
Well, coming off my fun trip to Scrap Fest yesterday, I had to create something! After getting a couple of brand spanking new stamps from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps, and watching Melanie colour for a little bit, I really wanted to start practicing. I am pretty happy with it, but I will definitely keep practicing.
Now, we got to purchase the upcoming Christmas stamps that Kimmie is releasing, and they aren't even in the store yet! Way to make us feel special!
I chose to work with the Annie Rodrigue image Virginia! She is sooo cute with her stack of presents, and I paired it with some Echo Park papers (the Happy Holidays piece, and the Holly Jolly piece). The sentiment is from one of the other images.
I stamped Virginia onto Bella's Bestest paper with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I coloured her in with Copics, and added the shading around her with Prismacolor Pencils. I mounted that onto a Kraft piece and then a black piece, which was punched with an EK Success edge punch. I stamped the sentiment on white paper, cut it out in blocks and mounted the pieces onto black CS.
Hope you enjoyed, and thanks for stopping by!
