Sale-A-Bration Birthday Card

Hi All,

I decided to make a card using 2 of the Sale-A-Bration stamp sets. This is my first time doing a looooong card. It was a 6 1/2" x 6 1/2" piece of Whisper White CS folded in half. This was made to fit into one of SU's Open-ended envelopes (6 3/4" x 3 1/2").
The dark blue panel is a 6 1/4" x 3" piece of Not Quite Navy CS. Then, I mounted a 2 5/8" square piece of White CS and a 2 1/2" square piece of DSP from the Urban Garden series. I added some Iridescent Ice glitter to some of the dots with a 2-Way Glue Pen.
Then, there is a 1 5/8" square piece of CS, with another 1 1/2" square piece of Urban Garden DSP.
On top of that is the emblem stamp from the SAB set Polka Dot Punches. First, I inked it with Kiwi Kiss ink, and then rolled the outside in Not Quite Navy (Rock N' Roll technique). I punched that out with the Scallop Circle Punch, and mounted it with foam squares. I added some glitter to that as well.
On the right side, I took the sentiment from the SB set Congrats, and embossed it in White EP. In the centre of that, I used one of the CUTE flower buttons from the Button Bouquet in Kiwi Kiss, and threaded it with Linen Thread. It was adhered using a Mini Glue Dot. You can never have enough of those things.
Hope you liked it. Thanks for stopping by!
