I hope you've had a great week and are looking forward to the weekend. I get a long weekend this week, because I worked on Family Day (new Canadian holiday every February)! I'm stoked for the extra time off. Make sure you set aside some time to get crafty this weekend!
And welcome to another Bellarific Friday! We had an awesome challenge this week - we are definitely a fan of the polka dot! We were all incorporating polka dots into our creations this week, and I had a blast! Surprisingly, Em has several images that have dots and spots on them, so they were great, and there are tons of patterned papers that have dots as well!
And don't forget: If you made a polka dot card for this week, make sure you upload it to your SCS gallery, and use the keyword BELLAIRIFFIC0812! You will have an extra chance to win some moolah from Emily!
White Martha Stewart pearls to the corners as well.
Emma Lulu onto Bella's Bestest Paper using Memento Tuxedo Black ink (cause she has polka dots on her outfit!). I coloured her with Copics, and added some shading with my Prismacolor Pencils and OMS. I cut her out using Curved Rectangle Nesties, and I added some Basic Gray sponging around the outside.
Next week's challenge??? Our 5th sketch for the year! Just make any card using the sketch below and any image sold at Stamping Bella, and send to Emily (firstname.lastname@example.org) by Thursday night. You'll be entered to win some Bella Bucks (ie. free product), and your card will be published on the Bloggabella for all of us to drool over!
Hope you enjoyed, and thanks for stopping by!
