Bellarific Friday: Monstah Bash

Hi all,

TGIF!  Welcome to another Bellarific Friday challenge!

First, let me talk about the fabulous Emily - she is the genius behind Stamping Bella.  She had the hugest, most amazing release in August (which I'm sure you all saw), but did you see the mini release from this week? Check out THIS post to see the 3 images from the Uptown line that she has put out.  They are amazing!!!
And there is a deal on shipping - free with a $55 order!  Check it out, N 'k?

So, this week, we were challenged to create a Hallowe'en project.  Either the images, papers, colours, or whatever!  So, here's mine:

My card base is Old Olive CS.  Next, I added a white piece, embossed with the spider web Cuttlebug folder, and sponged with some Basic Gray ink, and I matted that with a black piece, where the left side was punched with a Martha Stewart edge punch - love those rats and tombstones!
The striped patterned paper is from SU's Ghastly Greetings pack.  I added some Basic Gray Taffeta ribbon around that, and some black Martha Stewart pearls to the DSP.

I stamped Monstah Bash onto Bella's Bestest Paper using Memento Tuxedo Black ink.  I coloured it with Copics, and added some shading with my Prismacolor Pencils and OMS.  I cut out the image with Classic Rectangle Nesties, and added some Basic Gray sponging inside the stencil.  I mounted that onto a black piece cut with Scallop Rectangle Nesties, and mounted that with foam dots.

Copics used:
*Orange Monster: YR61, YR65, YR68
*Green Monster: YG21, YG95, YG97, YG99
*Purple Monster: BV11, BV13, BV17
*Balloon: Y32, Y35, Y38

Next week's challenge???  We have another delicious sketch challenge!!! This time, from Ebrubella!  So, make a card using any of the images sold at Stamping Bella and the sketch below, and email it to Emily (emily@stampingbella.com) by Thursday night.  You'll be entered to win some Bella Bucks (perhaps to use towards the new release?), and your card will be published on the Bloggabella!

Hope you enjoyed and thanks for stopping by!
