FTTC53: Easel Card
Hi All,
I decided to play along with the Flourishes Timeless Tuesday challenge this week: FTTC53 make an Easel Card. If you have never made one, and don't know how, go the the tutorial link on SCS HERE. There are pictures with instructions, or there is a video.
For the image panel, I cut a circle out with my Nesties, and sponged Close to Cocoa ink while it was still in the stencil. Next, I stamped the Forget-Me-Nots from Spring Ephemerals twice in Close To Cocoa ink. I rubbed the circle with my embossing buddy to get rid of static, inked up the Bleeding Hearts image with Versamark, then with Rich Razzleberry ink, stamped it on the circle, and embossed with Clear EP. I layered that onto a Close To Cocoa piece, which was cut out with Label 3 Nesties and sponged with dark brown ink.
For the inside, I added a Close to Cocoa layer, then a white layer, punched again with the Scallop Trim border. Next, I added a strip of the Lovely Flowers DSP, with a couple of Martha Stewart pearls, one on each side. I also stamped he words "bleeding heart" in Close To Cocoa ink. Ta da!
Hope you enjoyed, and thanks for stopping by!
