More Christmas Cards
Hi All,
These cads are going to people at work also. One is more classic, and the other is more fun. Have a look...
For this card, I stamped the images first in Versamark on a Glossy White piece (5" x 3.75"), and then brayered over the entire piece with Sage Shadow ink (so the trees have resisted the ink). Then, I stamped one of the images again in Sage Shadow ink a little off to the side to fill up the sheet a bit more. Then, I stamped the two larger single trees in Always Artichoke ink and drew in snow with a white gel pen.
Recipe:
SS: Lovely As A Tree, Warmest Regards (retired)
CS: Soft Sky, Wintergreen Designer Paper
Ink: Versamark, Sage Shadow, Always Artichoke, Basic Black
Other: Corner Rounder Punch, Photo Corner Punch, White Gel Pen
To colour the next card, I used my Prisma Colour Pencils with the odourless mineral spirits and a blending stump. It makes the blending so smooth. I also used the old Holiday Designer Paper from Stampin' Up! (last year) and the In Color ribbons from last year too. Trying to get rid of some of this retired stuff.
Recipe:
SS: Crab & Company, Sandy Shells Wheel
CS: Cranberry Crisp, Chocolate Chip, Whisper White, Retired Holiday Thyme Designer Papers
Ink: Basic Black, Close to Cocoa (sponging)
Other: Prisma Color Pencils, Cranberry Crisp and True Thyme Stitched Ribbon, Dimensionals
Happy Holiday Card Making!
